we had to access the internet at midnight and there was nobody to give us the password, internet password could have been written in the room.

Breakfast buffet very generous for the price. Centrally located near lake and shopping. Quiet for a good night's sleep. Generous free parking. Family is two rooms with two toilets!! Very clean and nicely appointed.

The room was spacious and had a balcony, and having a shower and a hairdryer was convenient; the proximity to Cascade de la Merelle was amazing. Rewritten: the room was big and cozy with a balcony, and having a shower and hairdryer was a nice touch; being close to Cascade de la Merelle was awesome.

The food was freshly made - a great selection of options. The location was unbeatable and lovely, just next door to restaurants and bars, the lake and town centre, and town centre. The place was a 4-6 minute walking distance from La Taverne Alsacienne, where you can have dinner.

I chose this hotel for my business stay in Gerardmer and it provided a convenient location for attending my appointments. The facilities were satisfactory and met my needs during my stay.

One service that was missing for my work was a working desk in the room. I would have appreciated having a designated space to comfortably work on my laptop during my stay.

Very nice staff. Rather tiny room but excellent comfort and good, modern bathroom/shower. Balcony is ok and free wifi is excellent. Hotel is on perfect location in the village, between beautiful lake and shops/restaurants. Good place for biking in surrounding hills.

I always stay at this amazing hotel. They took care of me when I needed a bottle of water at night. The hotel has everything I need like Wi-Fi, parking, and a bar. I'll be back for Easter!
